I was hospitalized and had to cancel my trip to Noumea. I had booked a non refundable rate. When I submitted the medical certificate, the hotel agreed to refund me half the cost of my stay. They went out of their way to wire the funds to me.
Rose, the Front Office Manager, was so kind and empathetic in all her messages.

Great hotel for our stay in Noumea. Friendly and helpful staff who spoke great English, rooms were clean and beds were super comfy. The air conditioning was fantastic, as was the WiFi.
Location of the hotel is perfect for getting around Noumea itself, and also to all the surrounding islands. Highly recommend!

Good vibe, friendly staff, great continental breakfast, clean room with easy access to morning market, city centre and harbour front. There is a nice pizza place, a snack bar and a formal French restaurant nearby.
Overall experience can be improved if there were cutlery and kitchen facilities available in the room.

Indeed, we don't have kitchen in the room but on request we can give cutlery to our clients. As there is many restaurant around the hotel, usualy our guest do not need kitchen.

We chose this hotel for part of our stay due to the excellent wifi ratings given by previous reviewers. It did not disappoint and allowed my son to conduct a video conference job interview with no problems. Good basic rooms and very good breakfast.

A great hotel for its location in the Latin Quarter - its close the the markets and to the port ( for our trip to Amedee Island) and to all the shops and businesses. And just a short taxi trip to the beaches. The breakfasts were magnificent and the staff were so friendly, kind and helpful (esp we being non-french speakers). A great place to stay.

Phenomenol customer service from the Manager Emily and her staff. The rooms are good value for the price and the central area surrounded by beautiful garden is really nice for breakfast. It is in the Latin Quartier which makes it quite funky. Thanks
