Really loved this hotel. As a family of 4 with 2 kids (12 & 10), the two bedroom suites are the perfect option. The hotel is right on the beach and has a smallish pool. Staff are all excellent and almost all speak good English. Noumea is small, so everything is within a 10 min drive. Lots of great restaurant options nearby. We live in Sydney, so noumea is a great chance to taste a bit of France in the warmth of the South Pacific. Highly recommended

Nice facilities and room was appropriate for our family including an infant.
Pool was enjoyable but pool bar never open during our stay.
Excellent check in services and cleaning staff.
Somewhat disappointed in facilities
- no massage booking for guests for the entire month of june (booking should be reserved for guests or at least advised it js hard to book)
- no aquatic activity loans (for a venue on the beach, the ability to hire/ loan SUP’s, snorkelling gear ect)
- restaurant bookings - unable to get a booking (again unsure why guests are not informed of the difficulty securing a reservation at time of booking).
- check in staff/ cleaning staff are bilingual but most of the restaurant staff are not.
- no infant high chair available (high chair provided allowed infant to slip through) - recommend bringing own high chair

The staff for the most part were lovely, the rooms had amazing views of the beach, great cooking facilities and were spacious.
The restaurant there has great food at a high standard and again great staff. The bar staff were less friendly or attentive.
I also had a massage and facial at the spa facilities and was impressed!
Having also stayed at Le Meridien Nomeau on the same trip this is my pick of the two.
Where this place particularly excels is its cleanliness, practicality with its great kitchen facilities and nice vibe and atmosphere around its pool area and communal gardens.
First time in Noumea spent 7days an can not fault this place apart from the wifi. 250mbs is no enough at all. Staff were super friendly and very helpful.
Rooms are spacious and very clean, room service was not consist but does that really matter at least it was done and they were very thorough.
Kitchenette was great to have but no fry pan which would of come in handy..replace the steamer maybe??
Pool was amazing by the beach..towels supplied and lots of umbrellas. The pool bar was open for 6 of those 7 days.
We dined in the restaurant which was lovely. Great service and good was amazing.
Would stay here again.
