I stayed there 6 nights when I visited Seoul. It is a great place if you want to try traditional Korean housing. And it is great value compared to others!
The location is good, just walking distance from most of the palaces and the ancestral shrine and for everything else you have 2 subway stations about 10 minutes walk. Get a T-money card and you are good to go and discover the city. It is also near one of the airport bus stop (near Angkuk station) number 6011.
The family is very nice and welcoming and will do their best to assist you. There is either a self service breakfast or a cooked Korean breakfast depending on the days. The cooked breakfast are delicious and always different (bibimbap, congee, wonton soup...).
I will definitely come back next time I am in Seoul.More
