Amazing accommodation.... a traditional house in south korea that offers not only a great place to stay but you can feel that you are very much welcome and the host is hospitable and warm..This place was recommended to us by a friend.. Its within the city, walking distance to the hanok village and the palace.. Affordable ...

I planned for the trip for me and three of my friends, I longed for staying in a hanok so searched a lot and finally I found Yoo's Family Guesthouse, which at a seasonable price. We booked a big room (in fact a "sitting room" and two bedrooms. Only one of the room with private bathroom but it was booked. Therefore we used the share bathroom, we have to pass through the little garden to bathrooms, at that time it wasn't very cold so it was ok for us. (Can't imagine what if it was snowing in winter... but perhaps another special experience?)

We took lots of photos inside the room with the traditional decoration and it was great for drinking some soju too ^O^. Their free breakfast is just some cup noodles and milk in kitchen. Only thing was when we arrived, no one answered so we needed to wait for someone come.

當時我為自己和三位朋友計劃住宿，很希望住一下韓屋所以在網上找，最後找到了這家，價錢合理。但只有一間房有私人衛浴的已被訂了，所以我們只能入住公用衛浴的房間。那時不冷我們覺得可以，很難想像在下雪時要穿過亭園上廁所！

他們的早餐就是牛奶、杯麵等在廚房。我們入住的是大房，兩個房間的中間有一個"客廳"，我們在這傳統擺設的地方拍了很多照片，也是一個晚上喝點燒酒的好地方。只有一點要提提，當我們到達時，沒人應門，在屋外等了很久，要用多種方法聯絡才有人出現。

Have stayed there for few nights. Beautiful experience at a budget price. Warm floors and cozy silk blankets. Safe. Private bathroom available. Very clean. Very friendly, English speaking hosts. Wished I knew about it from day one.

Coffee/tea electric mug in the room. Teas, breakfast cereals, silverware etc. in the common kitchen. Clean towels, blankets etc. in the room. Shower.

Walking distance to Airport bus stop ( in front of Garden Tower). The stop is called Changdeok. 10$ till Incheon International Airport for limousine bus. See pics with route and time.(2015)
