Great location. Near to rain station, cafe and restaurants. However, the service is not up to event 3 start standard. Mostly there is no greetings (except the concierge/bellman who stand left side of the main entrance and 2 receptionist who at the counter on PM shift on the 4th December). The doorman who stand front should have greet all the guests however we feel he only select guest to greet, maybe we wearing jeans and sport jacket and not suit and Chinese. Others staffs no greetings until we really stand in front face them. which understand staff have to open mouth before guest open and greet you 1st. Well maybe is our own perception. Room cleaning- is good. However, the second day the rubbish bin under the TV table was missing. Room a bit pitty - size is ok, but the design of the hand basin outside the shower room and fix at the minibar which just not right. 1st is the convenience and 2nd is the hygiene. Another thing which all of us feel not safe which is the electrical shock by the door bell and lift button. Most of us faced it until we need to use our cloth to press the buttons. Please have a look on this. Thank you

Close to a lot of areas- itaewon, hongik univ, etc.. very conveniently located. 5-10 min walk to subway and various food options right behind the hotel. Clean, safe area at night and easy access to cabs and buses too. Will def comeback.

After being greeted by the hotel reception at the desk, that was pretty much where service ended. One room key was given even though there were two occupants.

Specifically checked if breakfast for two was included, acknowledged by staff and confirmed, but Guess whAt? Next morning, I was told I had to pay for another guests. That's crazy when there were two guests in the room. Absurd.

Next, business hotel charging for toothbrush and toothpaste. Are you serious? Razors as well-please refer to pictures.

Room ventilation was poor and did not accommodate for all guests-types. Window opening was a mere 2inch and they claimed "its winter". There was a difference between warmth and suffocation. They took a fan in, which stopped working at night. Reason given next morning "we seldom use it".

Travelling monthly to Korea, id tell you to skip this hotel. Especially when you have a business meeting at 9am, it spoils any chances of closing that important deal.

Room also reeks of smoke.

Final advice, stick with Marriott group or Lotte. It will not disappoint you. Even boutique hotels like hotel loft are better.

Hotel is awsome you can get every facility here ...
Fridge item is costly.
If you are from india or pakistan you can get easily indian taste when you are out of the hotel go to your right side parking side.
Cross the road you see on the road royal resturent.

It is a nice hotel in a great location with a good breakfast selection but the temperature is centrally controlled and rooms are very warm. The only option is to open the window or keep a fan running.
