I stayed there in September 2011 with my family. The apartment is slightly hidden at the back lane, but it has got a 7-eleven at the lobby. Make sure you ask for the location map in Korea language at the reception to show it to the taxi drivers otherwise they will not know where it is.

The apartment comes with kitchenette and washing machine. However, there is no cooking pots and...etc. Unless you request and pay for it.

The washroom is rather small and maybe a little bit too small, but we can live with it.

September (autumn) is a very nice time to visit Seoul, but make sure you closed the window at night because of mosquitos. We all got bitten by them badly!

Breakfast is very simple and not that bad actually, but dont expect any 4-5 star quality and quantity.

This is a typical residence in Seoul, huess 1st or 2nd generation which means not new facility. However, room was clean and neat with necessary amenities including cooking facility if you like ot make a quick meal for yourself.
I paid $80 per night and I was happy with that because it is not easy to find such a quality place in heart of center city.
Location is close to everywhere in a center city, Seoul and you can reach anywhere in 5-10 min by Taxi or subways. Subway station was 10-15 mn walk coz the residence stands in middle of furniture market (or town). I rather used a taxi instead of subway.
Overall, I think this is a good alternative for travellers who like to stay close to Myungdong area.
Based on price tag, it was a goo stay in a clean room.

Since this is a residence, don't expect detailed and extensive travel information although you can pick some brochers and maps at a main lobby.

spent 1 night, room was clean and very neat, downside 2 single beds for a couple. Hotel was on the older side. Staff were very helpful despite the language barrier. Breakfast was good, location was good felt safe walking the streets at night, weather was very cold, snow, and snowfalls but it was winter. Downside trying to find somewhere to eat that looked safe, unfortunetly ended up at KFC, walked all over the city without a problem. Nice Hotel for a short stay. Great view of city from the Roof.
