We actually booked a room from a private listing so the room had some personal touches. We were on the 15th floor right below the rooftop garden. The rooftop garden had great views; however, could use some updating on the floor for safety reasons. You could see Namsan Tower from the window in the room. It also had a washer, and other kitchen appliances to make the stay more friendly.
Lousy accomodation with misleading room listing. Stated that every room has aircon but requested us to pay extra if we require to on the aircon. Dirty and old amenities such as yellow towels and only one set of utensils provided.
The hospitals I stayed in before are better than this one.
I stayed in more than 100 hotels before and stayed in Korea at least 8 times and rarely do I make any reviews. I am making time to review this hotel because of my very had experience. In the triple room, there is only one set of utensils. There is a stove but no pots and pans. The hot and cold water is really awful. I had a hard time taking a bath bec it either burns me or freeze me. The sink really looks like it is for a hospital.it is dirty all around. The towels are handtowels, the shampoo and rinse are obviously very cheap, and the TV is so small. It is just likely computer monitor at home. I thought we were getting a bargain because it says 82 percent discount but it is way below the price we paid. No one offered to clean our room. No microwave or vault.no coffee or tea inside the room. The room is very ugly.
By far this is the worst ever hotel in the world for me and I hope no one gets this unfortunate experience.
had a nice night sleep with my battle buddy on our way to a EFMB training towards the DMZ. the toilet was fancy and the tv was loud and bright... cant beat the electronic upgrades the koreans throw into their establishments! i would have given it 4 stars if i were older, its a loud area ;) but very party worthy! so the night life makes up for the noise if youre into that sort of thing...
The hotel has its own Airport Bus / Limousine bus stop so we had no trouble looking for it. The staff speak English well and are available to provide assistance 24/7. Our room was clean and spacious. Air conditioning and hot/cold shower work great! Also very near train station, which makes it easy to move around Seoul. Convenience stores are located near the building. Adaptors for your gadgets may be borrowed from the front desk in case you failed to pack one.
