Situated at the Maritim Jolie Ville hotel. I have eaten at La Fleur a few times now as I stay at the hotel when in Luxor.
The restaurant is really another room next to the main eating area of the hotel but is set up nicely with a good decorative order throughout. It has air con and feels more upmarket. The food is 'a la carte' so don't expect massive portions, but I feel the meals are enough.
Excellent waiter service who are always attentive without being intrusive.
Food is delicious, eyecatching and well prepared. The fish dishes are very tasty
You do see a lot of couples dining here as it is more intimate and private, though I have also seen families with older children occasionally.
Although it is dearer than eating out in Luxor or indeed in the main restaurants of the hotel I would say that it is worth splashing out a little as a treat. You might even be pleasantly surprised by the prices.
Booking a table beforehand is advisable and no casual clothing.
