When i was in maasai Mara, i passed by Keekorok lodge within the Maasai Mara reserve. This lodge boasts of having unique specifications such as, having a presidential lodge, the largest conference facility and also being located next to Keekorok airstrip. At Keekorok, you get a serene ambiance that is spiced up a unique canopy walk. Keekorok's cannopy walk is strategically positioned next to the Mara bush ending at next to swamp which allows you to see hippos from a short distance The swimming pool is also hidden well to enable you have a personalized vacation. You can dine in many ways apart from the normal way from a dinning room. There are dinning settings at the swimming pool and also on the cannopy walk. I loved the cannopy walk setting because you view Mara wildlife as you dine. The hotel rooms have a beautiful balcony and a similar arrangement. Anybody thinking about Maasai Mara should consider Keekorok.

It was a nice experience staying in a centrally located lodge. The food was more of Indian taste rather than continental. The staff was very courteous and the ambience is better. Recommended for a comfortable stay.

I stayed for 6 days and nights with friends in May-June, 2016. The rooms are very good, property is very green with scenic surroundings and the staff is very friendly. The availability of Indian cuisine in the daily meals spread was a great advantage for me as I am from India and am a vegetarian. We learnt the secret - the chef was an Indian - Kuldeep. The Hippo pool of the hotel is an added attraction.

We stayed for 2 days at Keekorok Lodge inside Masai Mara park. Excellent property and very good food/service. It's great to see many animals in and around the property itself. I would definitely go back to Keekorok Lodge for my next visit.

This lodge was very accomodating with friendlly and helpful staff. Room and bed were comfortable and everything was convenient. Food is average. The property has a nice hippo walk and one morning before sunrise we saw a gigantic hippo on the lawn right in fromt of our room. Good choice for a safari base in Kenya.
