A super nice outdoor place, enjoyed the weather ambience and Music, they had excellent food & superb drinks... but the frustration of waiting the food that each one/two are receiving their food separately and then waiting the others for long .. we were around 10 persons and it was embarrassing to eat and others didn't get their food .. Most probably they were understaffed due to covid19 .. Will come back again and hope it'll be better, as all other aspects were excellent..

Dhow house is excellent on location. Beautiful garden, live music, good choice of drinks and an interesting menu.

Price is on the higher side which would be ok if the service received matched. The waiters are clearly not trained well enough as simple table etiquette was not in any way recommendable. Wait for food is far too long and maybe biting could be offered. Most restaurants of that price range do. After all a few pieces of bread or even garlic chapati squares are not expensive and cut the waiting time tremendously.
Waiters could come by to the tables more often and more important could bring the food AT THE SAME TIME, eating out has to be a pleasant experience. Not a frustrating one,
Would I go back? Yes I would. But maybe not for dinner. Drinks and a plate of samosas. Perfect.

went for the live piano, tasted some excellent seafood beyond expectation. the service is a bit on the lazy, homey style, but the cooking and presentation is proper.

This place is a green oasis in the heart of Nyali, Mombasa's upscale area. Food is honest and good, kids will love it because of the large open space, the swimming pool and the treehouse. A place to lounge your afternoon away until you realize it got dark and you still have 3/4 of that 2nd white wine bottle to go!
