This resort is simply awesome. It is a bit far from the city, but it is perfect if you would like to relax. The staff is friendly, the rooms are nicely kept, and the rooms actually have a Jacuzzi. Breakfast is great as well. There is a lot of variety to chose from.

I had to change my room 2 times for the 3 nights I was there!
First time bathroom fan sounded like a loud blower and the 2nd time bathroom got flooded
The hotel reception are not friendly at all and speak no English
It is very difficult to comunicate, they really need English speaking staff there
Rooms are outdated for the price they charge for the night
Breakfast is cold and the coffee is terrible
Sorry improvements definitely needed at this hotel
Wasn’t happy with my stay here at all!

Room Tip: Download an app that translate English to mandarin no one speaks English.

This resort was very nice, clean and comfortable. The grounds are really lovely. There are several restaurants, including a buffet which was reasonably priced. There is also a bar which was good to go to at the end of a long day. We found the language barrier challenging, we arrived very late and very hungry, no room service and nothing open. Also the resort feels like it is in the middle of nowhere and there was a fair drive to go anywhere.

This is an attractive older style resort with extensive marble foyers and impressive facilities. It has a delightful layout with an internal lake, lots of walking tracks and pathways and great restaurants. Located on the outer part of Beijing but easy access to local attractions.

Room Tip: Poolside rooms are most attractive.

Stayed here for 3 nights booked by Nexus holidays. Over 150 people from Australia and Canada yet no one speaks English at this hotel more than an hour out of Beijing with nothing anywhere near it. Do not get your washing laundered here!!! It cost us over $100 Australian for some socks, underwear and t-shirts which they then held at the front desk as they didn't think we would pay them. When we finally got it back, with the aid of a translater ,they had put staples in everything.
Lights in bathroom stay on all night unless you're trying to have a shower when they turn off leaving you trying to navigate a pitch black room with a slippery floor. Tv reception in our room was terrible which only mattered as the tour left us here for two nights with nothing to do but watch tv. But don't try and get anything fixed, remember, they don't speak English.Breakfast was terrible and almost a ten minute walk from the main building. Dinner was expensive. Room not very clean and blankets didn't fit bed
Stay away.
