It is the worst hotel I ever seen that it shows no respect to their customers. Poor staff attitudes for customers' request. It is not worthwhile at all to book this hotel, its reservation service and management are at a very low level.

I was there in May 2010. Very clean with rather small but beautifull rooms. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed it. Location is good - not far from subway. Actually we had most of our time out of the hotel so that we used it just for sleeping and it is that satisfied us completely.

The hotel is located on Hong Kong island approx 10 mins walk from the Causeway Bay MTR station. There are numerous shops and restaurants close by.

The rooms are quite small (but expected in central HKG!) but plesant.

Free wifi is available throughtout the hotel. The staff were pleasant and allowed us to leave our bags at reception for the whole day of check-out (which is from 12 noon).

Oh dear, another hotel masquerading as a boutique hotel but what is really a cheap hotel overcharging for what's on offer. The reception is on the second floor, tiny and largely taken up with luggage deposited by the guests.

I arrived early but not that early at 1100am. When I asked if a room was available I was told check-in was at 2pm. I said that I knew what time the check-in was but did they have a room ready. Not negotiable. The hotel could have been empty but they weren't going to let me check in any earlier than the designated time. I supposed I should have asked the pilot of the flight to circle Hong Kong for several hours so as not to inconvenience the hotel by arriving a few hours early. So I had to dump my bags and wander the streets for several hours. I wouldn't have minded if the hotel had a decent lobby, cafe or bar but no, they have nothing of the sort so you're turfed out and onto the streets.

The rooms were tiny. Bad enough if you were on your own but with two people it was like a permanent game of Twister.

The bathroom is one of those perspex boxes with a semi opaque strip halfway up. It doesn't leave anything to the imagination so you had better be very familiar with the person you're staying with when it comes to performing your ablutions.

TV reception was rubbish. It was like watching a ticker tape parade in a snow storm and it was almost exclusively sport.

Lastly, why call a hotel the WiFi and then the wi-fi doesn't work? Maybe they should call themselves the Here's-An-Ethernet-Cable-Cos-We-Can't-Fix-The-Wi-Fi Hotel

Room tip: Pay a bit more and go somewhere else.

Ok, I know it's a 4 star and it's not really luxury. But after staying in several 5-star hotels in HK I must admit this one is the best. Central location, close to any transport (whether subway or trams), neat clean rooms and THE FASTEST internet. Trust me it's a problem in China. And also VERY cool balcony/terrace on the 4th floor with a street view, just ideal for a relaxed cup of beer:)

They take an advance fee upon checking in. Then they return it back.

Room tip: I'd suggest 4th floor. There's a balcony there.
