We used to regularly go to the Nah Trang restaurant when it was located at Queens Road just along from the Hopewell Centre, and since it closed at that location we have been several times to the one in Times Square.
The food is good, the menu is large, the prices are a bit above average (for Vietnamese food in the city) but the restaurant is clean and as long as you get there early enough (opening is at 12,00) you should be able to get a seat.
The staff however leave a lot to be desired. How many times have we been warned by them that we must finish and vacate the table within an hour? Is there really any need for that? i think not. It's not as if we've been in with a rowdy crowd of males intending to drink beer all day. Only family lunch.
If at Times Square we will certainly return, but it's not that good that we would go to Times Square with the intention of eating at the restaurant!
