Arrived with a pretty long check in queue without properly adhered which is uncommon things in Hong Kong. Staff rather cold kill the vibes of warm welcome practice by Hilton standards. Received the lowest floor on rooms despite Honors preference has set to High Floor. Request for a higher floor room but was told to pay as it's "only Executive room" available. The concierge was very helpful and attentive. The front desk staff could have been better trained in welcoming guest and in peak time situation. The room was nice and bathroom is great. Welcome amenity was only fruits. Breakfast is amazing but starts at 6:30? Which is totally different from other conrad I've been staying. The first impression really important to all travelers, hope the front office manager take note on that. I canceled my 2 other nights and decided to stay in other hotel. I would recommend Peninsular and Marriot on the other hands.

We stayed here for my husband's business trip but decided to arrive a couple days early. Our first (and only) breakfast buffet experience at the restaurant beside the pool definitely had room for improvement. Congee, PORK congee and scrambled eggs were bland! Understanding that some are conscientious about their salt intake, but there wasn't even a little bit to bring out flavour of the food. Plus the scramble eggs had too much milk...that was all I could taste...agh. The restaurant a/c was blasting, so definitely needed to wear sweater while having breakfast. Additional coffee was kept in a silver carafe at the table but it did not keep the coffee warm...the only thing we really enjoyed was the egg station, noodle bar and the excellent variety of fruits...thought those were not enough to bring us back for a second breakfast at hk$300+/adult (including 10% service chg).
All other aspects of our stay were as expected of a 5 star hotel!

The hotel is very comfortable and very pleasant. Ideally located close to the attractions of the city (Pitt Victoria Tram, Hong Kon park ...). My room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. I had a lovely view of Hong Kong from the room which is really beautiful.
As a Hilton Honors member we had a very warm welcome, excellent breakfast and a very nice lounge. I would absolutely stay here again with pleasure.

Highly recommend the Conrad. We will definitely stay here the next time we go to Hong Kong. Clean, modern and spacious room. Most rooms are on high floors. Great buffet breakfast - Western and Asian food. High standards throughout this hotel. Large bathroom with two sinks. Separate WC. They set out a roll away bed for our daughter at no cost. They even left her a note, a teddy bear and a muffin....the nicest of touches! They really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. This is one of the best city hotels we have stayed in.

A well located hotel with everything you would expect in a five star hotel... but nothing more. If you want a reliable hotel with good service with no surprises you won't be disappointed but there is nothing special or out of the ordinary.
