First time in Hong Kong and stayed at the Conrad for 4 nights. We selected a harbor view room and it was absolutely stunning. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were wonderful and helped with any questions. The location was great as we were able to access the MTR, buses and trams with ease from the hotel. The room was a lovely, peaceful sanctuary at the end of each hectic day and we had wonderful restful sleep in the very comfortable bed, but waking up to the view of Victoria Harbor every morning (and viewing it at night as well). Would absolutely love to return to both Hong Kong and the Conrad.

I've stayed here a number of times over the past few years and have generally enjoyed this hotel very much. I especially like the location, the professional staff, and the excellent breakfast.

This stay, however, I'm afraid we had serious problems with the room. Arrived around 9 pm to be told that we had been moved from our preassigned room to a similar room a couple floors down. Okay, you gave our room away. No big deal. Except the "new" room (5903) smelled horribly of mildew. It took well over an hour and multiple calls to guest services and visits with the Executive Lounge staff (who initially proposed to downgrade us from our reserved Harbour View) before we were finally moved to a new room. And the new room (a suite, 5526), also smelled very strongly of mildew. At this point, it's 10:30 p.m. and we're tired of arguing with staff, so we just take the room. Overall a very frustrating experience.

On the plus side, the harbour view was stunning in the morning and breakfast was great.

Note to management: You really need to renovate the rooms and replace the carpets.

Great Location.
Excellent restaurants. Book Nicholini's in advance.
Upgrade to Executive King Harbour Room (breakfast, afternoon tea and drinks during happy hour included on 59th floor which offers stunning views)
Will definitely return.

Super friendly and helpful staff, they always go the extra mile to ensure our stay was great. We've stayed twice and the experience was great on both occasions. Staff in the lounge was particularly friendly

We stayed here for 4 nights as a stopover on our London - Australia trip. We were travelling as a family of 2 adults and a 10 year old.

We arrived by public transport and it took a while to find the hotel as you have to navigate a shopping centre and a lift, to reach the lobby. Once we did, everything was pretty smooth and we checked into our harbour view room. We totally loved the room, although it's probably worth noting that once a rollaway had been added for our daughter, there wasn't much floor space left. All amenities you would expect were provided, plus some I didn't expect! I especially loved the Nespresso machine and the umbrella.

Hotel is in a great location, a short distance to Admiralty MTR and only a walk to Hong Kong Park and The Peak Tram. We also walked to the Star Ferry, but took a train back due to tired legs!

Hotel pool was very nice and staff were helpful. Worth noting that at times, the pool area is in the shade, so you might want to monitor the times of this if sunshine is important to you.

Breakfast was pretty standard with a Chinese and Western selection. Again staff were very attentive. The breakfast area is quite small, so you might have to wait at busy times and we felt that this might also have restricted the range of food on offer.

Our only disappointment was with check out arrangements. Hotel check out is noon and we were told that we could stay till 14.00 complimentary. We actually wanted to check out at 16.00 and we're told that this would cost HK$850. I thought this was extortionate. Needless to say, we politely declined, but it did affect the quality of our last day as we headed to the airport without a last minute shower and change, which would have been preferable in the humidity.
