Essentially, this is a rather ordinary hotel with two sand-out features:
a) excellent service;
b) fine views, particularly of the harbour if on a high enough floor;
The price-range is the same as at the Shangri-La, next door, but the Conrad is actually a better hotel, or at least trying harder.
It is well-located and most major businesses and many of they key shops & malls on the Hong Kong Island side of the city (as opposed to Kowloon) are within easy walking distance.
The hotel is a bit bland, but this is the Asian way, conjoined with the American way.
On balance, I recommend it for those who can afford it.More
