This is an outdoors venue, located on the 4th floor of the IFC building central HK Island. Not the highest venue but it still gives a stunning view over to Kowloon. We went along on a lovely afternoon around 3pm, which was a great time as it was in between the lunch and after work peaks. we were able to get a seat, have a wine and admire the view. A lovely breeze was welcome. We didn't have food but the bar offered some light meals and snacks. Understandably it gets packed, so we were lucky to have been able to get an off peak time in. Worth a visit.
