Perfect and clean hotel close to the fair ground. Rooms are small but clean and well equiped such as desk and office chair incl. WLAN. and iPod station.

Breakfast is ok. However, in case you stay for a week or even longer it could have more variety. Breakfast room is too small compared to the room quantity.

Even it is surrounded by several streets and a flyover it is not too noisy. My room was located in the back of the building which helps to reduce the noise level. But it includes also a view direct to the building opposite which is not the nicest.

I have now stayed at the Fleming 2 times over last few month, this place is a little gem, staff and efficient, friendly buy stay out of your face
Rooms neat, and fresh with good size bathroom
close to subway, restaurants and entertainment
will always be by first choice in HK, it would be a bonus if wi-fi was free

On a hidden corner of Fleming Road and Jaffe Road in Wanchai no one would have thought to find this hotel. And what a nice hotel it is.
Typically hotel services in the Far and Middle East are of higher standard than Europe and the Fleming is no exception. Rooms might not be that big, but are really comfortable and have all amenities and few pleasant extras such as bath robes. Each desk has all needed material to plug your laptop including a plug adapter and other office supplies to allow you to work
Hotel staff extremely efficient and client orientated.
Then the location is perfect, only 5 minutes away from the HKCEC and the Wanchai MTR station.

I was in HK for business trip in Sept and stayed with the Fleming for 2 nights. The rooms were clean and rather spacious by HK standards came with all the amenities I needed. The iphone/ipod dock in the room also came in handy. Breakfast was good as well - it is a small but very cozy corner located right below the hotel and the varieties served were more than enough for a small hotel like this. There is also free flow of wine 6-8pm at the lobby daily.

Only downside I think was that the bathroom had a weird smell (maybe it's only me) even after cleaning but that wasn't a big issue anyway the smell wasn't unbearable, just weird.

The best part of the Fleming? Their service standards. Everyone in the front desk was extremely friendly/helpful, ask them for anything and you will most likely get your issues resolved, and all the staff were super efficient in getting things done for you - some even went beyond their call of duty. Thumbs up for the impeccable service! I will definitely come back to this hotel.

Stayed here in July for business as it was across the road from Central Plaza

the staff were excellent and very helpful. The rooms were very good and clean

Breakfast was marginal. 1 toaster can only cook 1 piece of toast at a time - and if you were the unlucky first person in the morning - it took over 10 minutes to cook the first piece!

Location is close to an MTR so easy to get around as is a little way from shops
