My husband and I went for drinks and dinner. Again location and villa are wonderful, but no coordination of staff. Too many staff hanging around, too busy to chat with their colleagues. Waiter told us we could order food at bar and get us later if food was ready to bring us to our table. So we were amazed when they came with the plates to the bar to set up for food... When you asked a waiter for info, one lady waiter ran away without any word and another came to help us?..no bottled beer, only draft. When we enjoyed the great food, yes food is tasty, we were interrupted by talk of staff many times and had to stop our conversation. When we left three waiters checked how was the food question and three times we got business cards, so this isn't coordinated well too.
A tip, food is top, train your staff as a team, screen that they speak english and take care that your staff isn't hanging around and is too busy to notice needs of your guests. We will come back if staff is trained professionally.
