We went on a Thursday and the waterpark was not very crowded at all. Especially compared to waterparks in the US!
We didn't have to wait for more than 1 rider at any of the 5 water slides that we went on. The lazy river is truly 'lazy' as there is only 1 section where you go under a couple of spots that drip water on you... otherwise, you can just be in the river and don't have to worry about getting sprayed.
The wave pool is awesome. The waves are pretty large and having the option to sit on a raft or tube makes the experience even better. This is the most crowded attraction at the waterpark. Also, they stop the waves about every other hour.
The water slides are all fun. Recommend doing the ones where you sit on a raft/mat/tube rather than the ones that you slide down on your back as you can get stuck.
The waterpark pretty much emptied out after lunchtime which was strange to us as it was only open till 4 pm anyways...we basically had the whole place to ourselves from 2 to 4 pm!
All of the signs are in Indonesian but the staff is very friendly and knows enough English that we could communicate well enough.
The woman at the ticket counter even called us a Grab car to get us back to our hotel - so nice!
Took off 1 star because:
1) The only vegetarian food option that we saw was french fries. So glad that we snuck in some snacks.
2) The showers are lukewarm water at best.
