We visited this place last night for dinner and received excellent service from Phillip. We both had the 5 course dinner set, and our top two dishes were the uni wrapped with premium A4 Wagyu beef topped with caviar, and the grilled cod with miso sauce and cheese flakes. The former dish had a symphony of flavours combining savoury with a tinge of sweetness from the Uni and melted in our mouths. The latter dish was beautifully cooked and the meat flaked off easily with our chopsticks and was buttery soft. The cheese flakes provided an interesting contrast of flavour as well.

Perhaps one suggestion for improvement would be to tweak the order of the dishes, perhaps starting off with the carpaccio first before the uni. Otherwise each dish by itself was delicious. We will be back to try their lunch menu!

Cosy restaurant with good ambience , food is very good . Service is excellent . Phillip , the supervisor at Syun , is very friendly and attentive . He made us feel very at home at the restaurant . He went out of his way to provide good service to us .

I was at the restaurant with my aunt during lunchtime today and we had a wholesome dining experience! We had a go at the bara chirashi set, unagi set and the ala carte seabream and the quality of the dishes were top notch.

There has to be a mention on my end on the thickness and freshness of the seabream as well as how tender and well-cooked the unagi was. Generally, the staff here were courteous and nice. A shoutout to Chee Wei for his fantastic service - answering our questions on the dishes, constantly replenishing our tea and even showing us the way to the washroom when he did not have to.

Ultimately, I think with the good service here, and as long as you pick the right dishes in this restaurant, you will enjoy the experience here!

The signature dish of wagu and fancy uni is amazing, it is a Must—have item.the sushi set there is very fresh and fatty in a good way . Philip is a very professional waiter very helpful and certainly know the food there very well. Wagu和花式uni的招牌菜令人讚嘆，它是必不可少的物品。那裡擺放的壽司很好吃，而且很肥美。 菲利普（Philip）是一位非常專業的服務生，非常樂於助人，當然也非常了解那裡的食物

Presentation looks great but lack of flavour or over powering like their signature Unni wrapped in beef.

Not super fresh as well as you can see from the photo that the salad , they just couldn’t care and have the whole lump in there. Some have dotted aging signs and I actually ate at least 1/2 bowl then I realised.

Service is so-so as my tea wasn’t top up at all, leaving it there for a good 15mins, you can view the cctv if you wasn’t convinced.

For $100+ per pax spending , I am very sure you can get it better elsewhere.
