We visited this place last night for dinner and received excellent service from Phillip. We both had the 5 course dinner set, and our top two dishes were the uni wrapped with premium A4 Wagyu beef topped with caviar, and the grilled cod with miso sauce and cheese flakes. The former dish had a symphony of flavours combining savoury with a tinge of sweetness from the Uni and melted in our mouths. The latter dish was beautifully cooked and the meat flaked off easily with our chopsticks and was buttery soft. The cheese flakes provided an interesting contrast of flavour as well.
Perhaps one suggestion for improvement would be to tweak the order of the dishes, perhaps starting off with the carpaccio first before the uni. Otherwise each dish by itself was delicious. We will be back to try their lunch menu!
