I went to a a dinner party during the F1 weekend. My friends and I (35 of us) were at the same birthday dinner celebration of a very dear friend. Even though the place was packed, the food was surprisingly delicious. I have not been to Monti for almost 2 years and we were pleasantly surprised with the food. All my friends were raving about the truffle risotto. Its a must try dish!

The staff were on their toes despite the large number for a sit down dinner. Almost 100 guests ate & drank their fill as well as we danced the night away contentedly. It was purely a great party with fantastic food and service. My friends and I received exceptional service throughout the evening and we will definitely come back again!

The website for this restaurant shows off incredibly creative food that should taste as good as it looks. The challenge is that none of the actual food looked anything close to their website - the Scallops for example were so far buried under a pile of truffles and parsley that you don’t even see them.

The food was incredibly disappointing, the restaurant smelled like an old worn-out night club.

The only thing it has going for it is a view but there are so many great restaurants with a view in Singapore, don’t waste your money on this place.

First time to Monti and was blown away by the venue.
Centrally located, between The Fullerton Bay Hotel and One Fullerton. Awesome evening view of the Marina Bay area with all the CBD Skyscrapers and the Magnificent Marina Bay Sands.

View was of course fantastic.
Whats better was the awesome service staff, who accommodated my vegetarian diet requirement. It was beautifully done. The live fire cooking with impressive.

My husband went here with 5 business colleagues, for an important meeting. I did for warn the restaurant if they could have a nice view table as it was an important night.
They were treated like royalty. The food was outstanding and the service first class. They couldn’t do enough for the table and I really appreciate that.
If you are looking for great quality good food and service don’t hesitate to come here. Everybody on the table was very impressed
