Everything is about Monti is so good that you don't know where to start. A warm welcome and lovely ambiance make you feel wonderful the moment you step in.
We preferred outdoor seats and it's an amazing view out there. Even though we're far off sight from main dining area (indoor), we were served extremely well and in time.
Our drinks order was a bit delayed so we got bonus drinks with a genuine apology for delay.
Food was delicious, in fact the pasta I had was one of the best I've ever had! The surroundings and the view of bay side makes your dining experience truly memorable. Not a very budget friendly place but still affordable for a "special day" celebration
Staff members were courteous and polite.
Monti deserves 5 stars and nothing less

There was a miscommunication about the booking via our hotel, it was late and they were fully booked but they couldn't have handled it more beautifully. From the moment we stepped in we were made to feel welcome and we were totally knocked out by the night-time waterside city view of course. The food and wine were fabulous and the chef (who we met) obviously passionate - in fact everyone we came across seemed determined to ensure we were going to enjoy our experience. Try the risotto finished at the table - great to watch (very truffley - if that's a word?). Starters were really tasty but a little on the large side for our personal appetites and meant we didn't do desserts but the Ravioli, Gnocchi and Bolognese were authentic, rich and delicious. They put a lot of emphasis on the quality of ingredients. The whole experience provided a wonderful end to our last night (of six) in Singapore. All four of us agreed we would go back without hesitation and heartily recommend.

Excellent ambience and recommendations offered by Vijay was spot on especially with the wine. Definitely recommend for special occasions.
