i checked in early morning... that is before 2 hours of check in time, but the staff was very helpful and allowed me to enter to room once i reached to the lobby, after a 7-hour flight. they showed to the room and explained . Beautiful room and bathroom, but with extras like laundry, free minibar, free mobile phone to take out with us, lovely buffet breakfast and whole days mini refreshments. i stayed there three nights, and when the check out date, i supposed to be out from 2 pm but on my request they extend up to another 2 hours with out any additional charges. All staff and management are very friendly never felt we are staying outside of our own home. it is wonderful experience. Surely recommended to other visitor to stay in this hotel.

Room Tip: very quite room atmosphere.

The hotel stay includes things such as free daily mini bar, breakfast buffet, refreshments and snacks each day and from 6-8:30 pm food and drinks including cocktails, spirits!! Two pieces of complimentary laundry per day. 24 hour gym and pool. Great staff and service and excellent location just off Orchard Rd. My daughter and I had a wonderful stay there and will definitely be going back there. Fantastic value!! We travel to Singapore often and this is our new "home away from home". Just brilliant!

Visited the quincy for our stopover to brisbane for 2nights, requested early check in and late check out with transfers to and from airport as it was recommended not to use taxis on some website. Booked via booking.com that said we paid the hotel on arrival which was fine, and which we had done with previous bookings, however the price was double what we were originally quoted which is either very misleading by booking. Com or the hotel taking advantage as once YOU are there there is little you can do about it, and it was 80 dollars for transfer to hotel. Early checkin not available initially but the very helpful reception staff soon found us a room. The hotel was beautiful and lovely and clean, the meals were average and the mini bar was a nice touch. If i had paid my original quote this review would much better as I would have been pleased with the extra touches but the price we did pay I would have expected no less than a what we got and in fact probably maybe expected better. on day of departure unable to have a late checkout, but could use the facilties the top floor and luggage was stored for us which was appreciated, but didn't feel that we were really wanted in the main area of the hotel, requested transfer for airport again and was expecting to pay 80dollars but the hotel staff just arranged a taxis this time and this was the third of the price as the arrival transfer which was arranged by the hotel. Given the increase in costs that were unexpected did put a dampener on what should have been a really memorable holiday.

This place is a hidden gem, it's just on a back street behind Orchard Road. It's a fantastic hotel with some great initiatives, you can book a room that is full board. It includes free in room mini bar topped up daily and two items of clothing cleaned per day, the food here is fantastic and you can have good wine or beer with your food. If you are on a tight budget this is a great place to stay, it's great value

In our welcoming letter they say: we strive to make your Quincy experience a wonderful one: for us it really was a wonderful experience.

We stayed for one night and arrived early in the morning. After long travels, an early check in could be arranged, without extra payment.

Really nice room with a great view, shower and bath. Also a comfy bed, which we think is really important.

Warm food and light snacks are available from 12.00pm to 08.30pm and free cocktails from 6pm to 8.30pm.

We also very much liked the spa.

What impressed us most is the friendliness of the staff. Special thanks to Paulo, Lina and Kushan for making our stay enjoyable.
