The restaurant feels quite new, very simply decorated. The food we ordered came in one shot instead of in batches, but we waited for very long for the food to come. There seem to be only one waiter so service can be quite slow. May be there was also one person in the kitchen.
Thankfully the food which came didn’t disappoint. The tom yum seafood fried rice in particular was very memorable, it’s really flavourful. I would have liked it better if the rice was a bit more solid (seems like they didn’t use the “left-over” rice). The dish reminds me of the fried rice you get on the push carts at night on the streets of Jakarta!
The tom yum seafood soup was also good. Tangy with a bit of spicy kick. One of the better ones I had, but not entirely memorable.
The mango sticky rice here is also quite memorable. The rice was hot and mango cold, nice contrast! Wish the mango was cut into slightly smaller chunks so that I can eat it for longer :p
The portions of fish slices and other seafood given was quite generous. With a 50% discount from eatigo, it’s a kill to eat there! The only gripe I have is the Long time you have to wait for the food to come!
It’s conveniently located opposite Berseh Food Centre, just a short walk away from Jalan Besar MRT. Will come back here again if I crave some Thai food and discount available.
