Poor Service - cancelled my order very last minute

I placed order through foodpanda for 4 sets of food and soup to be delivered at 12.30 pm. Close to 12 noon, they tell foodpanda the food cannot be made and cancelled my order. Now my friends are all hungry ! The man who picked up my call did not apologise and put the blame on foodpanda. Foodpanda wants to refund the money in credits on panda pay, whereas I paid using my credit card. Terrible !

Good taste and atmosphere

Good taste and atmosphere but the staff can be more attentive. The price is ok for restaurant. We went for North Eastern style. Too bad they run out of grill chicken and mango and sticky rice.

Great food! Great Service!

Authentic issan Thai cuisine in the city area. Esp like the Issan herbal Chicken and crispy pork. The crispy crunch to die for!

Polite staff.... Remember to make reservation on Chope for this.

Information of reservation fee refund

1st time make reservation need payment of $25 and not sure there is a refund of it, can any department sent an information to notice me refund done?

The amount you had placed with Un-Yang-Kor-Dai is an authorization hold. An authorization hold is a practice of verifying electronic transactions initiated with a debit card or credit card and rendering this balance unavailable for one to use until the ‘Hold’ is expired. One is not charged for any amount at the time of initiating a credit/debit card authorization hold. The holding period may last for 7 working days when you make your transaction via Stripe. Awesome Authentic Thai Food

Great Authentic Thai Food. Wonderful Ambience. Highly recommended. Food was very tasteful. WE came with the family and everyone had a good time.
