Colin was knowledgeable and timed all the activities well. I best enjoyed his sharing and recommendations of Thai ingredients, condiments, products etc from his firsthand experience. His demonstration and guidance in the cooking part of the package was helpful and interesting too! I'm not a 'cooking person' but after the hands-on cooking i felt the three dishes were something i could easily do.

The titles of the dishes are often associated with the hainan clan. It was cathartic to learn how to make them and it was a walk down memory lane for me.

Collin conducted an Interesting walking tour on the three Hainan streets in Singapore, Very insightful and well delivered. The cooking class was a great experience too, learn a great deal and enjoy how foods intertwined with history and culture.
