Tried the tomato noodles . I asked the staff which is better- spinach noodles or tomato noodles. The answer: tomato noodles taste like pasta.. oh well. The tomato sauce that came with the noodles are not sweet which is good! I do not like sweet tasting noodles. Char siu waa good. Tomato noodles texture was smooth. Ordered a dumpling soup . They were huge . Good for meat lovers. I am not a huge fan of pork so this was okay for me . Not fabulous.

Had lunch at Funan branch. Noodles perfectly done, Fried Wontons were crispy and meat is moist inside. Prawn dumplings and wonton were soft, juicy and fresh. Service was good and what I particularly like is the hygiene, this place has the chopsticks the right way up not like many places where the surface that touch the food is sticking out and people are running their fingers to take the chopsticks out. Also the person behind the counter sanitize his hand every time he touches money before he serve you food. They also have pork lard which goes very well with the noodles.

We ordered the deep fried chicken chop with tomato noodles, as well as the wonton egg noodle. Both were okay, though the tomato noodles were slightly overcooked and mushy as a result.

The fried wontons, at $7.80 for 10, were pretty decent, even without mayo.

Service was friendly and quick.

They had a Lunar New Year $2 surcharge and a couple,of customers walked away because of this.

I was at the funan centre outlet. Noodles were springy, char siew had a nice sweetness, they had both fried and boiled wontons (which were quite big) and they were generous with vegetables and chilli. The store was a little empty at first but filled up a bit later. Very good value for shopping mall food.

Jim and Julian are a dynamic team at Wong Kee Wanton, Funan Centre. Their service were friendly and efficient.We noticed they were relaxed and attentive to everyone. It was lunch hour so was very busy but we were not made to feel rushed. We enjoyed our lunch and will be returning to visit them soon.
