This is my first TripAdvisor review but I feel compelled to share my experience.

Unfortunately my experience at 1-Altitude tonight was ruined by the management’s lack of action against some classless customers. There were obviously 2 tables of 2 men each next to each other having a very long, very loud and profanity laden chat for hours. The government rules are clear that only 2 persons can dine out together now and you can’t interact with the table next to you, yet these two tables were clearly facing each other and acting as a table of 4 persons having a group chat. This is not allowed and against the present COVID safety rules.

Furthermore, they were far from discreet as these 4 men had to converse loudly across both tables, literally every sentence had the F word and this all happened for at least 2 hours. I was surprised that the staff consistently turned a blind eye despite knowing these rules.

I thought that this would be a nice quiet night with a lovely view but instead the whole area just had to listen to these classless men.

I am not sure why the staff turned a blind eye to these customers and the above 3 points, it’s bad enough to ignore even 1 of the 3, let alone all 3. I don’t think such behaviour is fair to other customers and also other restaurants that adhere to the rules.

1 Altitude's view towers over all others. When I had a chance to hang out with some friends, I had to show them the highest lounge in Singapore. Ms. Rosa was the beautiful Guest Relations connection we needed to set that up. was able to set it all up for us. She does an amazing job from the beginning to ensure we have all the info we needed to get to our amazing night out and then checks with he staff to make sure we are taken care of. The staff was so accomdating. I would absolutely visit here again, but only if Ms. Rosa sets up such an amazing experience for us, because it sets all others apart.

View was fantastic and great drinks. However I was horrified that they allow smoking here. I thot all smoking has been banned in public area. When I asked why the next table is smoking, they say I am in a smoking area. Luckily managed to find a slightly further away seating. Will not go back unless they banned smoking
