Very bad experience with the service and food quality when I ordered for the food to be delivered.
I have indicated in Quentin's webpage that the delivery time is 7pm for my order. Most food deliveries would deliver by the indicated time. However, my order was delivered at 8+pm, by which all my guests have already finished their dinner.
I had paid $23 (before taxes) just for delivery (excluding the cost of the food) alone.
The food arrived at 8.10pm (way past my selected 7pm timing), and the food was soggy. When I wrote in to provide my feedback, there were delays in their reply. When they finally replied on my feedback (after my chaser), they simply said that the food was collected by the delivery man at 7.08pm, and implied that it was not their responsibility as they had engaged a 3rd party for the delivery.
In addition to that, they had commented that I should have indicated 6-7pm as delivery time instead of 7pm. If you refer to the screenshot of their website for food ordering (see below), it was indicated as specific times e.g. 6pm, 7pm, etc. It was not indicated as 6-7pm or 7-8pm.
They are putting the blame on either the delivery man (for the late delivery), or on the customer (for not selecting an earlier delivery time).
If they had charged me a more reasonable delivery rate, I might have let the matter go. But the fact that delivery alone costed me $23 (before taxes) means that customer would have some expectations on the promptness of the food delivery.
I am utterly disappointed with Quentin's attitude, as well as their food quality (which was impacted by the late delivery).
I would highly recommend not ordering food from Quentin online. They simply sent me a screenshot of their message with their 3rd party delivery provider and said they can only provide me with a $5 credit for the next visit. Do you think I would even order from them again after this experience? There is a total lack of sincerity in their responses to customers' feedback.
