We booked this hotel at the last minute as change of plans. We requested a higher floor quiet room and that's what we got. Despite it being in a very busy area of SG, it was surprisingly quiet, the sound proof must be very good. The view from our room is lovely, we could see the ferris wheel near the marina bay. The room size is not the biggest but acceptable with 2 suitcases, just takes a bit more time to walk around which isn't a big problem for us. Bathroom again probably acceptable but not enough room for 2 people to be there at the same time. The shower was good. They provided 1 large, 1 medium and 1 small towels. One soft and one firm pillows provided depending on preferences. Normally we prefer the firm but on this occasion the soft seemed more comfortable. We didn't have time to use the pool but it is located on level 5 with the bar and restaurant. The pool looked nice. We didn't choose to have any meals there so cannot comment on that. 3 lifts for the building and no problems with using them. Check in was quick and complimentary bottled water provided. Julia was the reception who checked us in and was polite and professional. It is very close to the MRT Farrer Park Station and probably 5 min walk from Little India Station. Check out was again quick and easy. We were helped by Mhud? (Sorry if we spelt your name wrong). He helped us with calling for a taxi and even put our luggages in for us into the taxi boot.

Overall we are very impressed and will return if we ever come back to SG.
