The location could not have been better with access to public transport outside the front door and within easy walking distance of many of the city highlights. The Club facilities were very good. All of the staff, particularly those in the Club area, were especially helpful and friendly. The presentation of the ground floor facilities was excellent but the rest of the hotel was a bit "tired" looking and in need of refurbishment when compared to many of the newer hotels available at similar cost in Singapore.

Good location clean , The breakfast was short with vegetable and cheese it was more for Asian guest, not for europeans guests , in the past stay the breakfast was better.
The bed was comfortable but queen bad too small

Great location, close to many tourist attractions.
The hotel staffs are amazing, engaging and cheerful.
I think the hotel has a potential to do better/improve, the management need to make sure all rooms are in excellent condition.

Good location. Excellent staff. Clean and well serviced. The desk staff helped with all enquiries about transport, and the MRT was absolutely first class.
We were within easy distance of the stations, and only a short walk from the world famous ‘Raffles’ Hotel

With good service from friendly and kind club staff, I enjoyed the quiet stay, with good food and drinks at the club in the morning and in the evening. The room is clean and comfortable. Wifi speed was good.
