The location could not have been better with access to public transport outside the front door and within easy walking distance of many of the city highlights. The Club facilities were very good. All of the staff, particularly those in the Club area, were especially helpful and friendly. The presentation of the ground floor facilities was excellent but the rest of the hotel was a bit "tired" looking and in need of refurbishment when compared to many of the newer hotels available at similar cost in Singapore.
