Some initial cleaning issues were promptly rectified and our stay was very pleasant in the end. The pool and gym were great, the location is fantastic, very central, many shops and eateries around, the MBS casino is not far, even within walking distance if desired.

I guess due to the concept of preserving the architecture of the building, the hotel takes a more classic look.
The room looks pretty small but a good size with good enough room to walk around
The air-con works really well, adjustable to your liking.
TV channels were really good though i wish there was an option on the remote for channels that actually has dual language. I don't fancy programmes where the language is dubbed.
Spacious shower cubicle. Hot water runs well.
The minus points would be that i wish housekeeping also communicate with engineering department. A light bulb was not working since my first night and it was not rectified. The other point is that there seemed to be no good ventilation or vacuum in the bathroom. The odour or smell permeates into the bedroom.
Fitness centre is adequate but missing a weighing scale. Pool is small.

We had an absolutely amazing stay in a club room at Rendezvous Singapore. The staff were so helpful and looked after us so well. We arrived early after an overnight flight and they were able to get us into our room early so we could get some sleep. The hotel was beautiful and our room had everything we could have wanted. The little bit extra we paid for the club room was more than worth it. The club lounge was fantastic and the staff incredible.
The hotel was so close to train stations, shopping centres and places to eat. We loved Singapore and will visit again and will definitely stay at the Rendezvous for sure.

I booked for a one night stopover going to Australia & again for one night on the return trip. A club room is good value (by Singapore standards) as you get breakfast & the cocktail session with drinks & buffet included in the evening, the option of a 16:00 hours check out was a great help for my night flight.
Staff are all great & helpful.
Oddly enough although I booked the same junior suite for both nights the second room was not as good as the first.
Would use again for stopover.
