We recently stayed 6 nights at this wonderful hotel. From the moment we walked into the hotel and 6 am, we were warmly greeted. I had requested an early check in not thinking we would probably have a room before noon, but they were able to check us in by 8:00 am. We had made a reservation for the Club level rooms so we were able to wait in the club room upstairs before our room was ready. Lillian served us tea and coffee while we waited and also told us to please help ourselves to any of the breakfast foods that were available. The hotel is in an excellent location. There is a bus stop on one side of the hotel, and an MRT station on the other side. We had breakfast on the 11th floor as part of the price of our room. There were many choices every morning including delicious cut up fruit, yogurt, cereal, eggs, sausage, lo mein, dim sum, and fresh bread and croissants. Besides the great service from Lillian, Sophia and Kiki went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. I also want to say that we were there shortly after the Covid 19 cases were first reported in Singapore. We felt reassured at this hotel. They took our temperatures before checking us in. There was also hand sanitizer pump bottles on every floor near the elevator, and our room was spotlessly clean. We have been home for several weeks and we are disease free. Singapore in general, took this threat very seriously and we felt safe visiting this lovely city.

It was the first time to Singapore and some friends recommended this hotel. MRT and buses are right outside the hotel. The staff are lovely and helpful. We took advantage of the club room that we paid extra for. It was great. We will definately be back.

Nice looking hotel at a very convenient location. Most of the hotel facilities close at 10pm to 11pm. Heated pool was great but it closes at 10pm. Agoda stated that they had smoking rooms but there were actually none, very misleading!
