The hotel is very comfortable, clean and quiet and located next to Bencoolen MRT station, so is convenient for everywhere. We had a club room and the benefits were amazing. I would especially like to mention Malou and Shalini who made our stay so enjoyable.
We would not hesitate to book again as our stay was so enjoyable.

Room Tip: We got a taxi from the airport but you can catch the MRT very easily and save the taxi fare.

An exceptional good hotel for value for money. Exceptional location with the MRT station right at the hotel along with the bus stop. Plaza Singapura was a 10 min walk. Hotel staff were most helpful and friendly, strongly recommend Ms. Christina at club lounge check in. She even remembered my wife’s birthday and sent a surprise desert and birthday card for her. Concierge was most helpful with their directions to us on MRT stations and directions in getting to destinations. Excellent bed

We had booked 2 different room types for 2 nights - Deluxe room and Club with club benefit. It was so thoughtful for the Guest Service Executive Shalini Chandran to upgrade our room to Club with club benefit so that we could avoid the hassle to switch room for the second night.
We enjoyed our stay so much. The room was comfortable especially the high bed and the toilet facility.
My husband and I already planned to come back again real soon! :)
Room tip: Convenient location. Only 5 mins walking distance to Dhoby Ghaut mrt station.

From the moment we checked in, Mark from front desk welcomed us with warm smile and hospitality. Not only did he do his job with ease, he also upgraded our room without me asking for it. For a customer like me, its important that I always get the best service/room if available whether by request or not. Our room was very tidy, unique and complete with amenities. It was also easy to ask for extra towels and blankets.
I love the aesthetic of the hotel and stayed true to its historical background which can be found on one of the walls in the lobby area.
Id like to mention Elijah, Malou and Christina for being exemplary with their hospitality services. They always greeted us with big smiles, and just overall very helpful with our needs. Not to mention, their wholesome and pleasant attitudes brought smiles to us hotel guests. They all deserve raise or incentives of any kind.
I hope they continue to exude outstanding customer service and hospitality to their customers. Will definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others!
Room tip: The most convenient hotel, next to MRT! You cant beat that.
