Very run down hotel. The carpark gantry machine are so faulty and double charge parking payment. When escalated to hotel service mgr. They keep insisting it's our issue WHEN AFTER WE HAVE SHOWN THEM THE PAYMENT RECORD!!!!! in short old and run down hotel

The flight on the first day we booked was cancelled due to a typhoon, so we were unable to check in. This was considered force majeure. We contacted the hotel through multiple channels, but ultimately we were unable to get a refund for the first day's accommodation. The reason given was the hotel's regulations, but no detailed regulations or evidence were provided, which we felt was a little unreasonable.
