The suite room was spacious and tastefully laid out. The bathroom were clean and tidy with all amenities and toiletries in place. The bed was comfortable for a good sleep. The house keeping did a great job too. The staff were extremely courteous. The complimentary breakfast was average at best with a simple assortment of food, honestly not to my liking. I was expecting a bigger variety of food. Secondly, the seating was too cluttered and I had to scramble to find a table. This can be improved. The location of the hotel is a great one , very close to Orchard road and the shopping areas one would want to shop. The view from the room was fantastic as well. Overall a nice experience, I would still want to come back to the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The concierge gave us great tips and went out if his way too make sure we knew where we were going. The pool was great abd the location is perfect. So close to the MRT abd will definitely stay there again.

The hotel is good but its restaurant is not because it is not under the hotel's control. The restaurant staff are not welcoming and the service is indifferent. I wouldn't recommend having breakfast there. The hotel looks a bit tired. One stain in the washbasin wasn't cleaned for the 6 nights we were in the hotel. Storage was adequate but there were no USB ports to recharge smartphones. The outstanding feature of the hotel is its location. The Bencoolen MRT is adjacent and the Bras Basah MRT is one small block away. Little India is little more than a 10 minute walk.

Mark on reception took care to meet all of our needs. The junior suite room was excellent, with settees and mini bar. The location is very good for the MRT underground system with a station virtually on the doorstep. It was an easy walk to the Formula 1 Grand Prix circuit.
