The location is very good and the services from the staffs are excellent.
The club lounge is a bit small, and is quite crowded during the dinner cocktail time. In the first day of stay, a Thursday, seemed that there was a shortage of staff, there were many empty tables with plates not cleared. Fortunately the situation has improved in the 2nd day.

Very comfortable, excellent facilities, staff friendly, efficient and attentive. Room had excellent view, and location was perfect for touring - right on tour bus stop, and metro station close by. Room very clean, and hotel decor generally smart. No complaints!

Me, my wife and my 2 years old son.
The hospitality is amazing, they can found my missing wedding ring (they inform me personally, send a photo of it and keep it at the receptionist while we’re going to aan outside restaurant, and helped to fix our son’s toys.
We can also can put the breast milk in his big freezer down the lobby hotel.
