Great Hospitality@Rendezvous Hotel at Bras Basah

We have stayed several times at the Rendezvous Hotel at Bras Basah in the Club Rooms and have always enjoyed our visits. This time, I stayed for nine days, and the hospitality provided by the Club staff at the Level 11 reception was exceptional. They were always available to assist and went above and beyond to ensure guests felt welcome.
During this visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Christina and Elijah, who excelled in their roles by helping everyone with genuine care. They consistently checked in to see how everyone was doing, always with a warm smile and a helping hand.
Congratulations to the Rendezvous team, especially Christina and Elijah, for making this stay truly memorable. Rendezvous @ Bras Basah offers great value for money with its excellent club rooms, club facilities, laundry services etc!

Good stay in Singapore with easy access to the public transport.

Good location. Near to public transport, eateries and shopping Mall.
Walking distance to Fort Canning Park.
Room is big and clean.
Bathroom is good with water pressure for hot bath.
Cleaner done a good job on the cleaning part.
Aircon is adjustable according to individual preferences.
Bed is comfortable with nice pillows.
Staff are friendly and helpful.

Excellent!

I had a fantastic time during my stay.
Pros:
- Room is reasonably sized and very very clean
- very comfortable bed
- good gym, pool is excellent. I used it all 3 days and was very happy with it
- Location is brilliant, at the doorstep of MRT and can walk to many locations easily
- the concierge was very nice and even gave me an early check in
- House keeping staff did an excellent job with maintaining the room

Cons:
- no items in mini fridge
- no bottled water, I understand we want to be sustainable then please use glass bottles. I know tap water is drinkable in Singapore but a lot of people would not like drinking water coming from the sink in bathroom due to germs
- don’t think there was an option to actually order room service but I could be wrong.

The cons I have mentioned can be taken care of by the guest, to have them catered by the hotel would be a nice touch. Therefore overall I would 1000% recommend the hotel.

Family staycation

Good location, clean rooms and friendly staffs. Especially ms shalini who handled our check in. Spent our anniversary there and we are definitely coming back again. Mall located nearby and convenience shop located just below the hotel. Worth the stay

Looking tired and in need of a refurb

Very pleasant and helpful staff, but the hotel is quite shabby and in need of refurbishment. The breakfast area is very un appealing with food to match - very poor indeed. We were happy to forgo the breakfast on our last day as we could get better in the business lounge at the airport! The room itself was ok, but with poor lighting and a very dated appearance. Our hair dryer over heated and although we were given a stand alone drier the defective drier was not removed or replaced - perhaps it will be done after our departure. All in all we would not recommend the hotel in its current condition.
