My husband and I stayed at the Rendezvous hotel for 4 nights and returned home 2 days ago.
As we are both airline staff we are very fortunate to be well travelled. I have taken some time in writing my first ever review on trip advisor as the hospitality we received was exceptional! The hotel is well located to all attractions and is situated next to the MRT station. Decor and rooms are of a high standard but what stood out to us the most was the the amazing staff. They are so welcoming, warm and friendly. They will go out of their way do to anything for you. I was sadly poorly for a night during our stay and the empathy and compassion I received from the staff was truly outstanding! They are all so polite and well mannered. A big thank you to the hotel manager Kalai, always smiling and greeting all guests. Greeted us using our names which is a beautiful, comforting touch. Kalai, thank you for your compassion and making us feel so comfortable and welcome during our stay!
Shalini and Elijah, you are amazing ladies who fill up the room with a happy atmosphere with your beautiful, welcoming nature. We thank all the team at Rendevous for making our stay perfect ❤️

Stayed at the club rooms and visited the club lounge. The spread is great but what made it amazing are the staff. Thank you so much Santhi, Shalini, and Christina for being so awesome and accommodating. We had a fantastic time! Highly recommended!

Stayed here at start of a trip having arrived at Singapore airport. Access from the airport very straight forward via MRT downtown line to stop 21. Warm welcome from the staff, helpful and informative as to facilities. Upgraded to a Junior Suite, large room with complementary fridge content. Corridors and some aspects a little tired, but we only used room for sleeping and location was peaceful at night. Breakfast was varied with plenty of choice for varied nationalities. Has swimming pool which we didn't use but appeard more then adequate. Location is spot on for the majority of sights by walking or MRT, which is very cost effective. Enjoyable stay and recommend.
