We have been 2 times before in this hotel. The big plus is that the hotel is centrally located at a MRT station and a mall. And because of his height it offers spectacular views. The rooms are refurbished and look very good. We booked a Crest Suite. The room offers everything a spoilt traveller would like: automatic curtains, two toilets, one of them with a shower & dry function, the functioning of the lightning is state of the art and the beds are really really comfy and big. The rooms comes with access to the L65 lounge. The staff is very friendly, however, sometimes we had the idea the staff is a bit over-intstructed to be friendly. Besides that, the rules are applied more strict. We booked a standard room on the day of our check out, just because we had a late evening flight. I can imagine that they cannot give us an upgrade (however they did before), but we even couldn't use the L65 lounge on our last day. Well, actually we could, but then we had to pay extra for it. The 2 times that we were before in the hotel, they allowed us to use the lounge. So that felt not good for us. The sauna (men and women are seperated) has also strict rules now: now you have to wear a swimsuit. The older man in charge pointed that several times on a pretty unpleasant way, however we wear a swimsuit under our towel. He acted more like a police officer. I didn't like his behavior at all. However the hotel has a number of plusses, for us, this was the last time we stayed in this hotel. Too many rules instead of treated like a valued guest.

What a fantastic hotel! Our whole experience here was superb, the room overlooking the harbour was perfect, comfortable, clean just spot on. The staff are very attentive and friendly, the breakfast caters for everyone, we’d highly recommend this beautiful hotel and will definitely stay again when in Singapore. Here are some pics of the amazing view from our balcony.

A fantastic hotel in the heart of Singapore spoiled by their overreach in personal details. The first time I have ever had a scan for facial recognition purposes. Surely the fact that I had pre-booked, gave them my passport, and credit card, and was standing in front of them on the date of my booking is evidence enough that I am who I said I was. Then to add insult, the very public self check in leaves all of your personal details in full view of anyone walking past. Name, email, phone number and date of birth. Whatever happened to our right for privacy. I cannot believe any board would sign off on such an invasion of ones personal details/space in 2019. Swissotel chain are off my visiting list.

Front Office Staff was very friendly with the check in process.Stayed at the Swiss Harbour View Room. Super Spacious room, newly renovated and the view was so super awesome! We got the 2 double beds so the kids don't have to squeeze. The pool was abit crowded though because its combine together with the Fairmont Hotel. But overall great experience & will definitely be back again.

very good hotel in the middle of the city and even if humid and hot - still everything within a walkable distance. breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choices that would satisfy the most picky one.

Room tip: high floors with a good view towards the stadium and the bay is recommended
