It is a pleasure to know that you enjoyed our warm hospitality, the hotel's prime location on Orchard Road that is close to many shopping malls and public transportation, the pool facility and large rooms.
However, we regret to hear that your in-room experience did not meet your expectations. We regret that you were not accorded your preferred choice of room; however we seek your understanding that our hotel was running high occupancy during your stay period and that we did not receive your bed preference request along with your room booking. We highly recommend that you book direct on our brand website so as to enjoy more direct booking privileges. However, we will take note to update your guest profile of your room and bed type preference for future bookings.
We are sincerely apologetic over the cleanliness and upkeep of your room. Please rest assured that this is definitely not our usual standards of comfort and experience provided to our guests. Your honest feedback has been brought up to the housekeeping department head and we promise that improvements will be made and training will be provided to the housekeeping team to prevent similar cases from occurring again.
We would like to share that our hotel completed a major renovation and refurbishment to all rooms, including change of all the carpets and furniture and fittings in late 2017; in accordance with our hotel’s continuous efforts and commitment to create seamless and comfortable experiences for our guests. Nevertheless, your feedback regarding the wallpaper, air con and soundproofing has been highlighted to our engineering department head for review and action will be taken where necessary.
