Concorde hotel singapore - worst hotel.
do not stay in this hotel.
overall hotel service is the worst I experienced with irresponsible house keeping, breakfast, customer service. room was unclean and cleaner was rude.
restaurant all staffs impolite and unhappy.
Reuse unclean toilet towels, use to wipe floors. Used floor mat towels were refold back, not replaced.
breakfast everyday same menu which doesn't even meet 4 star quality. (Should be under 1 star).
Staff came into our room using his card while we were in without knocking. Not secure.
what the management can do is just to say "apologize".
Nothing can do to resolve.
DISAPPOINTED. Yet you call yourself a 4 star hotel. 👎

We would like to share that our hotel do have a computerised housekeeping log system which tracks our attendants cleaning and maintenance activities. From our understanding, our host entered your room without knocking only because your room door was left ajar. Additionally, based on information retrieved from our logs; our hosts did change the bath mats for all your 3 rooms daily.

Whilst we understand and accept your honest feedback, we also regret that you particularly feel aggrieved that your request for daily complimentary breakfast for your family members was not conceded. Just a gentle reminder that our hosts have actually already accorded you 50% discount on breakfast for your family members. Nonetheless, we do hope that you had a pleasant time exploring Singapore with your family..

Bath room and loundry fee

As the current configration of bath room , sometime water spread out from shower room.
So sometime a bit stress.
Loundry fee feeling a bit expensive , could you consider to give some discount ticket for long stay customer?

REALLY LARGE ROOM WITH A BALCONY

Great hotel
Loved the spacious room and the balcony
Good pool with comfortable sitting area. Would have been perfect with a pool bar.
Restaurant was excellent. Great chilli crab and lovely lady in charge.
Great location for shopping and eating and bus at the door. Very helpful concierge

Room tip: We had 4 rooms and they were all excellent though a balcony to me is important and only one room had the balcony.

Hotel Stay with Concorde Singapore

Good location. There are malls on the left, right, front and back within walking distance.
Friendly Premier Lounge staffs, especially Mr Aki. Get room with lounge access, you will have no regret. Will stay again.

Business

Everything was excellent. But you need to improve on the TV channels and have more movie channels and news channels like Al Jazera, MNet. Otherwise I enjoyed staying at the hotel. The breakfast was also good.
