The staff at the reception counter were not only very friendly but were super efficient. They also managed to arrange a meeting room for me at the last minute.

Hard matress and pillows with a room on the pool side will be impossible to hv a good sleep ,
I had to wake up several time from the pool noise as I came from night flight with jet lag I was not able to hv a proper rest.
I lost my IPhone charger in the airplane and I asked for one unfortunately they refused to give me a charger however I had to go down to reception to charge my phone and back again to collect it.

The stay was excellent in my opinion as it was a central location to everywhere I wanted to travel to. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were excellent to stay during the end of the day after a very long tiring trip.
