We weren't looking for a lot of fancy extras, just a spacious, clean, comfortable room where everything works. On that, 30 Bencoolen delivered superbly.
The location is convenient, it's quiet (though the air conditioning was a little noisy, but not so as to be a problem), and everything seems as good as new. Would happily stay there again.

Would not recommend this hotel .Advertise having a restaurant only to find out after you’ve paid in full that it is permanently closed! Booked via Booking.com , no mention of restaurant being closed, paid in full, neither hotel or booking.com will refund.This was to celebrate my husbands 60th , we will be in a hotel with no food.

We stayed 4 nights in April 2024.
The rooms and surrounds were clean and the staff were welcoming.
The location was most convenient with easy access to the excellent MRT underground train system.
After checking out at 12 noon we were permitted to use the lovely pool on the rooftop while we filled in time awaiting our 9 pm flight to Australia. This was much appreciated.

Location was perfect for getting to nearby attractions (Raffles Long Bar, Haji Lane, Bugis St) and easy to get transport to other places to visit during a short stopover. Plenty of food-restaurants options within a 15min walk including Raffles City Mall. Hotel room was modern, clean, comfortable, and offered space to share for the 3 adults in our family group. Staff were always helpful and provided great customer service. The rooftop pool was very good along with seating to relax next to pool.

Stayed here for 2 nights March 2024. Everything was wonderful. Great location. Helpful staff. Taxi stand across the street. Very close to two MRT stations: Bencoolen and Bras Basah. The convenience made our stay there easy. We were very happy with our choice.
