Super clean and modern. Absolutely enjoyed it. Great cold room, quiet and a cracking rooftop pool with clean towels. Its just beside two MRT stations and there are plenty of food options nearby for cheap eats (recommend the small strip beside Waterloo mall and Queen street for excellent breakfast options. Fort Canning also a short walk away for a tropically green walk through the many pathways.

Warm welcome and our late arrival accommodated, good room location on 13th level, comfortable bed, very happy with our in-room facilities and amenities. Staff helpful with advice whenever required. Great location and just an overall pleasant stay.

Did not realise it was near Cathay Park where a festival was on which would have super loud music (windows actually vibrating and were double glazed) till midnight.
Green initiatives re energy saving are great but still offer little throw-away plastic shampoo bottles instead of large refillable bottles so bit of an oxymoron there.
Most staff friendly, Dickson was exceptional with his helpfulness and friendly manner. Thank you.
Bed comfy, pillows ok. Very clean room & bathroom.
Decent sized room. Nice small pool upstairs and tiny gym (good if you want a treadmill).
Near 2 MRT stations and walking distance to City Hall, Orchard and Bugis was easy (in afternoon or when not raining or hot & I have MS & bad knees)
Maybe we'll be back, if theres no festival/events on (check for that in the future).
Only issue was it definitely was not worth the cost per night though.

Excellent boutique hotel, great family rooms, very clean, comfy beds and nice staff. Roof top pool was great, perfect temperature. Cleaning staff were very attentive, nice bathroom and having connecting rooms was a huge bonus. Location was good, short walk to Chimes.

We weren't looking for a lot of fancy extras, just a spacious, clean, comfortable room where everything works. On that, 30 Bencoolen delivered superbly.
The location is convenient, it's quiet (though the air conditioning was a little noisy, but not so as to be a problem), and everything seems as good as new. Would happily stay there again.
