Great attention and hospitality.
Especially Abigael & Laklikumar at Town Restaurant and Kate at the Front Desk.

Cleanliness and Amenities were brilliant as well.
Loved our stay in this Magnificent Building.

P.S. Toilet Bowl was fantastic

I did my staycation in Fullerton Hotel. This was my second staycation with Fullerton. I really enjoyed my stay with Fullerton. All staffs, from reception, front desk, housekeeping, swimming pool and restaurants, offered the best service with smile. I could be very relaxed and refreshed. Thank you for your very kind service to all staffs that I met during my stay. I will definitely be back to Fullerton for my next staycation.

We had an extremely wonderful time at Fullerton Hotel. Despite a less than stellar welcome (no bellboy upon arrival at main entrance to assist us with our stroller), the front of house staff and Town restaurant staff and manager (Irman) for Dinner Feast and breakfast were top-notch and exemplified the Fullerton hospitality at its very best. We did not find the restaurant service wanting in any way at all.

Although there was a small hiccup during the Dinner Feast, Irman came over to make sure we were well taken care of, and even turned up at breakfast the next morning to ask about our stay. We had a great chat about his years of experience in hospitality, our experiences with the various 5* hotels this year (StR, Conrad and now Fullerton) and the evolution of the different aforementioned hotels in the past 1 year with its unique challenges. Irman deserves a hug and a bonus for he made a gesture that we never expected for the little hiccup.

Steve at b/f was superb, attentive but not intrusive, professional and yet friendly. He made sure our individual preferences were catered for, and went over and above to make sure we had an enjoyable breakfast experience. Steve could well qualify for the Les Clefs d’Or equivalent for frontline service staff.

Warren helped us with checkout and couldn't be more delightful to suggest ways for us to exhaust our SGD100 dining credit at the Cake Boutique that was part of our package deal.

There were no snottiness and pretensions here at all, compared to the sister Fullerton Bay hotel which doesn't welcome 'non-guests' and folks who don't have a restaurant reservation. Two thumbs down for pretensious Fullerton Bay.

And three thumbs up for the Fullerton Hotel! Can't wait to be back in September!

Room tip: Drop your stroller and heavy luggage at main entrance if you are driving, as the carpark isn't very accessible for young kids on strollers.

We were lucky to book a room one night on the 30th April. Warren from the concierge was pleasant, polite, chatty, and helpful during our check in. Definitely "a something xtra" services which we have yet to see before compared to other 5 star hotel in Singapore. Not to say this is bad but it gets better and better.

Views from the room were great for day and night - watching marina bay sands and other attractions from far. shower facilities was great. nice tech toilet bowl which opens the cover when it senses you. Love the Bed! I didn't have the chance to ask what brand is it.

However, experience at the swimming pool could be inconvenient for some guests as during the evening, crows tend to fly near the swimming pool.

Fantastic stay and service from The Fullerton hotel. Had a memorable one night stay. The dinner at the Jade Restaurant is superb. Both service and food is tip top. Special mention to Yvonne and Kyo serving us. Will return for more.
