We decided to proceed with our planned family staycation during the heightened Phase2 announced by the government. It was beyond our expectation that The Fullerton Hotel provided excellent experiences with their outstanding service. Although some hotel facilities are closed due to the pandemic, the swimming pool remains open and the kids enjoyed playing at the pool with less crowd. The Heritage Room we booked faces Singapore River with a balcony. It was my son's birthday and the hotel offer complimentary birthday cake, balloon and kids painting sets. Special thanks to Candy Ang with her heartwarming & personalised service. Highly recommended.

Great hospitality & extral mile service provided from the staff ,we appreciate it.We really enjoyed 2 night stay in this hotel and will have good memories from the hotel. Is worth for the money- great service, comfortable room,nice location it is ALL IN hotel... Definitely will visit this hotel again..

First and foremost, thank you for making this stay at Fullerton a really memorable one! This is our second time back at Fullerton; where our first being in 2017 when we celebrated our 6th Wedding Anniversary. Subsequently, life's circumstances just did not allow us to return however much we hoped to. So, for our 10th anniversary, we decided to have it once again at the hotel. We decided to continue with our stay despite the dining limitations.

Great Pointers of our stay

Check in:
Checking in was very smooth and we were greeted by your front desk officer, Nicolas. It was a pleasant experience as he recommended additional orders for our second day after we shared that we wanted to bring our 3 kids aged 6, 4 and 1 for the stay. He even offered to write down on paper the different timings of our pool reservations which was a nice gesture.

We were also glad that we could make multiple reservations for the pool over the course of our stay.

We requested a later check out as we will be having 3 kids with us and were granted a late check out at 1 p.m. despite the weekend crowd.

Introduction to the Palladian Suite:
We were guided to our suite and was pleasantly surprised that the suite had the view of Marina Bay which has always been our preference. We thank the Reservations Team for taking note of this and we really loved it. Room number 777 was just perfect too!

Overall Presentation of the Suite:
The suite met most of our expectations for a prestigious hotel like Fullerton. We were pleased with the simple presentation for our 10th Anniversary and appreciate the gift of the two Fullerton Postmaster Bears. My wife loved it and so did the kids!

Excellent Level of Service:
During our stay, we experienced a very high level of service standards as befitting of the hotel's reputation. The Straits Club especially, has served us well. From the numerous calls made by the Club to check in on us, to the ordering of the food and asking us about food quality and/or if we lack anything.

We appreciated the gesture of having one of the Fullerton Staff take a picture and to print it out in a nice card presentation, similar to what we used to have back in 2017 when we had our anniversary Dinner at the Lighthouse.

Food delivery had always been on time, if not slightly earlier, despite the operational challenges due to Phase 2 Heightened Alert. This is excellent logistics and coordination. Well done!

Pleasant Dinner on first night:
We ordered the 2 pax dinner for our first evening and food was generally satisfactory apart from the Sea Bass which was quite stale and the skin was just too tough to consume much to our disappointment. The chicken main and Singapore satay were, however, of good standards.

Good Service Recovery:
When I was asked how dinner was, I shared about the Sea Bass and within a couple of minutes, I received a call from William (?) whom I believe might be the person in charge. He was apologetic in view of the feedback received on the fish and offered replacements of anything from food to drinks on the house. I was pleased with the offer and settled for simple juices as we were already very full from both the dinner and evening Canapés.

Additions for Afternoon Tea and Evening Canapés:
We were very appreciative that the afternoon tea featured a lot of additional items for the family. So much so that we were unable to finish as we also ordered lunch. It was indeed very generous of the hotel to do so! A big thumbs up Fullerton!

Closing Notes:
Once again, the Fullerton Hotel did well on its overall service experience, exceptional presentation befitting of its luxury prestige. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and hence want to take the time to provide such feedback for your continuous improvement. This will not be our last stay as it remains our top preferred choice of stay as and when we have the opportunity to celebrate a special occasion.

The hotel has a great culture which is evident through the excellent service rendered by its staff of all levels, even at the house keeping level. This speaks volume of excellent management and we want to give a big shout out to all who have made this possible!

We hope the Hotel can continue to upkeep its excellence in the years to come and strive towards being one of the best in Singapore.

No regrets choosing Fullerton to celebrate our Anniversary with our children. The service is beyond excellent. Very helpful staffs all around. The swimming pool has an amazing view which we enjoyed.
They gave us a complimentary slice of cake & a picture as a souveneir for our Anniversary. The staff whom I forgot her name really very helpful. She explained to us about the snack bar & also called us back to check with us if we got through the wifi. Really excellent service!
The next day, Alice & Saadiah from housekeeper department came to gave us another souveneir for our children. Our children really very happy. We are so so pleased with the service & facilities here. Fullerton is our dream hotel & we shall be back soon!
Hope this excellent service continue!

This was my 2nd time staying at Fullerton hotel. When My husband and I checked into this hotel, Claudia from the Front desk, who assisted in checking us in was friendly and courteous. Even when we checked out, she personally came to see us off. I would like to say a big thank you to the Fullerton team for making our staycation a surprise & memorable for our 41st wedding anniversary . Though there’s no dinning at any of their restaurants especially during this heighten alert period, breakfast and lunch was wheeled into our room and we enjoyed the food. Of course during normal circumstances we would have love to try dining at their restaurants. But overall we are happy. I should say that staying at Fullerton is great because the staffs really make you feel special at all times. Also must thank the duty manager Andrew Yip for his follow up email in wishing us. To the staff and especially Claudia - Thank you for making my stay a very happy and pleasant experience. Love this hotel. Will come back again.
