At the end of July we spent two weeks in Singapore and stayed at the Summerview Hotel. This was the second time we have stayed here, the last was eight years ago. Then the hotel was in need of a facelift, This time the hotel has just had a referbishment. The difference is amazing, our room was quiet and very clean, all the staff were friendly and helpful, from the maintenance man all the way to the management. The hotel breakfast was plentiful and although the menu was limited, it was possible to have a good start to the day. It was enjoyable to return to the hotel each night to be greeted by the friendly smiling staff. We would stay there again without a doubt.

This is a great location between Bugis and Rochor stations. It was spacious enough for 3 people without feeling too cramped. There isn't much going on at night so it's more on the quieter side of town.

The hotel is located nearby the busy streets of Singapore. The room is not very small but alsno not very big, the sheets were clean but the floor wasn’t. The bathroom is clean but the towels were worn out. We stayed here for two night so it was fine. The breakfast was very simple but fine for a quick stop to start the day.
