“the busy modern life of Singaporeans”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 22 April 2012

in this city area you will see people hustling and with brisk walking
its a very very busy area with lots of tall buildings
a extreme modern concrete jungle with shops food offices surrounding it
its in a superb location as well slapped right in the heart of Singapore
close to many of the attractions like Singapore Flyer, Marina Sands, Esplanade, Merlion Park etc etc...

“The busiest intesection of MRT lines”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 21 April 2012

City Hall is actually not city hall at all. It's a MRT station where most shopping centers are housed outside Orchard area. There's also an air conditioned walking tunnel that leads you all the way to Marina Sands. Many eateries shops as well as shopping centers. A must to visit if you are short of time.

“Impressive but fake”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 5 April 2012

Why have the Colonial look of the building when the rest of the city is trying to be modern, it is lost under the towers of High Rise concrete and glass blocks. It make is look out of place and soooooo average.

Strategically located in the centre of the Southern part of Singapore - leads you to many shops and museums and easily accessible via most public transport
